Diploma Issuance Schedule for February 2025

The diploma issuance schedule for the November 2024, Desember 2024 and Januari 2025  is as follows:

• Digital diplomas and transcripts: Available for download via the Academic Information System (SIX) starting February 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM WIB.
• Printed diplomas and transcripts: Available for collection from March 3rd to 7th, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM WIB at the Education Directorate Counter, Sabuga Building.

Diploma Collection Procedure:

1. Online Booking: Graduates must make an online booking through SIX starting February 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM WIB to reserve a collection time.
2. Schedule Selection: Through SIX, graduates will select their preferred date and time for diploma collection, subject to availability.
3. Document Collection:  Graduates must collect their documents at the designated location (Gate C ) on their selected date and time.
4. Alternative Arrangements: For collection outside of the scheduled times, please contact the Helpdesk at https://helpdesk.six.itb.ac.id/.
