FSRD / Visual Art
Sculpture & Spatial
Course packages for students interested in mastering skills in form, space, movement, and material exploration provide comprehensive learning opportunities with broad boundaries. This lecture is carried out through three main stages: first, understanding of form, space, volume, and motion; second, monolith, installation, and spatial exploration; and third, the expansion of the concepts of dematerialization and rematerialization. Through this curriculum structure, students will explore the basic elements of three-dimensional art at an early stage, learning about the interaction between form and space and how volume and movement can bring a work of art to life. The second stage introduced them to material exploration through monoliths and installations that enriched their spatial understanding, allowing them to create works with high aesthetic value and a strong physical presence. In the final stage, students will explore the concepts of dematerialization and rematerialization, which teaches them to think critically about the use of materials and how they can be reinterpreted in their artwork. This lecture package consists of three main courses, namely: Form, Space, Volume, and Motion (3 credits), Monoliths, Installation and Spatial (3 credits), and Dematerialization and Rematerialization (3 credits)
