Konsentrasi ini berkaitan dengan kajian interdisipliner yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip dari nanoteknologi dan ilmu material untuk berinovasi dan mengembangkan material maju (advanced materials). Bidang ini sangat penting untuk kemajuan di berbagai industri termasuk elektronik, otomotif, kesehatan, energi, dan lingkungan keberlanjutan melalui: • Manipulasi material pada skala atomik atau molekuler untuk mengembangkan nanomaterial dan nanodevices. • Studi sifat dan aplikasi material untuk mengembangkan material baru dengan sifat tertent Dengan mengambil konsentrasi Teknologi Nano dan Rekayasa Material, mahasiswa akan memiliki kemampuan teknis terkait Sintesis Nanomaterial, Teknik Karakterisasi, Keterampilan Fabrikasi, Analisis Material, Pemodelan Komputasi, Desain Eksperimental, dan Analisis Data. Bidang pekerjaan terkait dengan konsentrasi ini di antaranya: Nanotechnology Engineer, Semiconductor Process Engineer, Environmental Nanotechnologist, Materials Engineer, Research and Development (R&D) Engineer, Consultant, dll.
