Mutu Pangan
Paket spesialisasi ini didesain bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dalam mempelajari berbagai standar dan metode penjaminan mutu pangan yang umum digunakan di industri. Spesialisasi ini berfokus pada penerapan metode statistika untuk merancang dan menganalisis data percobaan guna meningkatkan mutu pangan, standar jaminan halal dan keamanan pangan di Indonesia, penjaminan mutu pangan pada pabrik pangan skala pilot dengan mengevaluasi kinerja pabrik tersebut, teknologi preservasi dan sterilisasi untuk mencapai standar mutu pangan, serta faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan pada alat-alat industri pangan untuk menjaga kualitas dan keamanan pangan yang diproses.
