Teknologi Semikonduktor
Menghasilkan engineer yang memiliki kemampuan merancang devais semikonduktor, memfabrikasi devais dan chip semikonduktor, serta manufaktur dan pengujian chip semikonduktor. Kuliah mengcover keseluruhan tahapan mulai dari penyiapan substrat semikonduktor, proses-proses fabrikasi semikonduktor seperti teknologi film tipis, litografi, etsa, doping ketidakmurnian, serta pengemasan dan pengujian chip semikonduktor. Mempelajari prinsip dan perancangan devais semikonduktor seperti dioda, BJT, MOSFET, dan MEMS menggunakan perangkat simulasi perancangan berbasis teknologi. Mempelajarai dasar devais kuantum dan fotonik. Mahasiswa akan melakukan suatu topik perancangan atau fabrikasi devais/ chip semikonduktor mulai dari awal sampai akhir. Selama memiliki keahlian mahasiswa dapat bekerja di perusahaan Foundry, Wafer Fab, Assembly & Test (OSAT).
