1. Rekayasa Sistem Dirgantara
Paket konsentrasi Rekayasa Sistem Dirgantara menawarkan pendalaman pemahaman tentang riset, teknologi, desain, dan pengembangan sistem dalam dunia industri kedirgantaraan. Paket ini terdiri dari tiga mata kuliah prioritas dan mata kuliah-mata kuliah pilihan dari ketiga sub-disiplin Teknik Dirgantara: Aerodinamika, Struktur Ringan, dan Mekanika Terbang. Mahasiswa wajib mengambil ketiga mata kuliah prioritas: Etika profesi, Sertifikasi Kelaikudaraan, serta Metode Komputasi, serta minimal satu mata kuliah dari setiap subdisiplin, hingga terpenuhi 21 SKS. Mahasiswa yang berencana mengikuti program fasttrack menuju Magister diwajibkan mengambil mata kuliah Penelitian Minor.
