Food Quality
This specialization is designed for students who have an interest in studying various food quality assurance standards and methods commonly used in industry. This specialization focuses on the application of statistical methods to design and analyze experimental data to improve food quality, halal assurance standards and food safety in Indonesia, food quality assurance in pilot scale food factories by evaluating the performance of the factory, preservation and sterilization technology to achieve food quality standards , as well as factors that need to be considered in food industry equipment to maintain the quality and safety of processed food.
